Who Financed sells access to public UCC financing statements for commercial prospecting. The compilation and the API are ours. The underlying filings are public records.

The service is not a consumer reporting agency. Do not use it for credit, insurance, employment, housing, tenant screening, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use it to harass or discriminate against a person.

A filing can be late, incomplete, or amended. A lapse date is the statutory UCC lapse, not the maturity of a loan. Verify anything you rely on with the business and the official record.

The $99 plan includes 1,000 credits in a billing month. Retrieving a filing costs 1 credit. A summary costs 5 credits. Unused credits do not roll over. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The public site uses Google Analytics to measure visits. That covers pages such as the homepage, registration, and these terms. It does not include the contents of API responses. Details are on the privacy page.
